WHATEVER is Will's Hastily-Assembled Toolkit for Experimental Validation, Execution, and Recording. Basically, it is a tool to allow people who need to run experiments (e.g. for language or systems research) or tests and keep a persistent, multi-run record of the experimental results. You can then extract data in various useful formats (e.g. CSV or LaTeX tabular).

I hope to make a public release of WHATEVER in the future.
